WORKOUT - WEIGHT LOSS?
I worked with free weights but only after studying the proper workouts. First you do warm ups. Each day you alternate whether you are working on the top half of your body or the bottom. You build up repetitions meaning when you can do an exercise 10 times, rest a minute, repeat 10 times, rest a minute, repeat 10 times reaching 30 reps, add more weight for the next time. You can also try changing your diet. Eat more protein than carbohydrates. Eliminate bread, cake, candy, soda and juice drinks. Eat real fruit. You will lose weight, gain strength and tone your body.
