Pellet guns ship to NYC?

Are there any companies online that ship pellet rifles like the stoeger x5 or the benjamin 397 to NYC? I heard of Cobra air, and I'm not sure if they do ship to NYC. I would like to purchase a pellet rifle. but i dont really know the laws about pellet guns and whatnot. Do I need a license to purchase one? I'm also planning to take it out of the country to Turkey so I can use it there in the summer, can I do that? Thanks
