I have a coin that is the "Carolina cobras official coin." what is it?

It has "carolina cobras" on the top, the cobra head symbol in the middle, and "2001 official coin" on the bottom. The back has capital bank on it. I looked it up and couldn't find anything even remotely similar to it. Does anyone have any information on it?
