Where can I buy Paracord?

I want to know where to get Paracord to make myself a bracelet. And i want to know where to get the buckle too because i saw a guy with the bracelet and now i really want one badly. is there like a store that i can drive to to get the paracord or is it only online stores you can get it from. and also...if not Paracord is there another fabric that can be used instead of that, that looks good as well? o yea im trying to make a cobra stitch....idk if that information is also important, but yea.
