What does the 'A' stand for if a nurse writes PERRLA +C on an assessment?

This is the only question on the final I'm unsure of, since it wasn't taught to us, yet. I'm well aware that PERRL means "pupils equal, round, reacts to light." However, on level 1, this is all we've been taught thus far. I'm thinking the 'A' means accumulation, and the +C means positive for Conjunctivitis. Am I correct in my thinking?
