Will this place drug test me?

I smoked about 4 times this month, and probably 2 times a month for like 3 months before. I didnt smoke that much, but now i am applying to a volunteer program at a nursing home. Its part of a junior acheivement thing and it says on a form theres a "health" test. I put off going until next tuesday. That would have made it about 11 days since i last smoked. What are the odds theyll test me during the so called health test. Im so scared please help and give tips how to clean my system faster.
