Psp errors constantly?

i recently made a psn acc cuz i got bored but here's the problem after psn got hacked my psp wont let me do anything on psn store it keeps saying errors all different numbers its pissing me off cuz i want to download something and it never works psp demo center only has Japanesee demos and korean im american what is gonig on i want to download secret agent clank D:
