Is the bud from legalbuds.com the same as herbal insence such as green cobra or grizzley.?

I don't know what green cobra or grizzley are but i can tell you DO NOT buy from legalbuds.com because their herbs do not get you high at all. I bought what i think was called hawaiian bud from them and i got no results whatsoever. Then i searched them online and many people say that they are a scam.
