Any hospitals in Setapak area willing to buy contract?

I'm currently working as a Staff Nurse in a private hospital and planning to move to KL Setapak and settle down, but in the meantime I am bonded with my current hospital for 5 years. I just have one year of working experience so far. Is there any hospital I can apply for?
