Is it normal to feel this way?

Anyway,I'm terrified of needles,the nurse had me lay on the bed and she lowered my briefs slightly in the back,I was fine at that point,just a bit scared,anyhow,I felt the needle go in,but,when she started injecting the Bicillin into my buttocks,I felt like I was going to pee,is this normal to feel like that (like I was going to pee)?
