AMFM Silverchair???????????

i work at a nursing home and we have to do this testing on silver chair, and we can do it at work if we want to but i don't want to go in on my day off to sit there and do testing. we are allowed to do it at home if we wish but they didnt give a website. so i would like to know what the website is for the american medical facilities managment silverchair testing. it is really important! thanks.
