Where is a good place to volunteer?

I am 15, and desperately need to do volunteer work for my school service learning hours. I have tried EVERYWHERE! My local goodwill's, food banks, nursing homes, community centers, public libraries, museums, and the boy's and girl's clubs. All of them say they are full of volunteer's, or I need to be 18 or older. I'm running out of options and this has to be done before school starts. Anything helps!
