2001 vs 2003 SVT Cobra?

Buying either a 2001 or 2003 SVT Cobra, advice/opinions would be much appreciated. Personally, I like the stock body on the 2001 better, but the 2003 comes with a supercharger. Could I slap a supercharger in the 2001? does the 2001 have more potential than the 2003? Which is faster head-to-head in the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and mile drag? Thanks!
