Who do you think is a better three point shooter? Who is better overall player?

Reggie Miller or Ray Allen? I choose reggie miller over ray allen. Ray allen just throws up a lot of threes and they usually clank off the rim if he isnt on fire. Reggie Miller didn't seem to shoot as much and even though he was streaky he was unstoppable when he did catch fire.
