Are there any adventure/action naruto games?

I've only really seen fighters, I know storm is open world but there's nothing to do in the world just collect scrolls and such. I want to know if there's a naruto game that follows and actual story line, similar to ratchet and clank or jak. i want to actually walk around as naruto and fight different opponents in the overworld
