04 Saturn Vue: I hear a noise when I'm driving fast and steering wheel is slightly off-center?

I have a silver 2004 Saturn Vue and recently when I'm driving 60+ mph I hear a clanking noise, It sounds like someone just spun the Wheel of Fortune underneath my car. I can also feel it in the steering wheel. This noise is NOT like a rubber noise, it sounds like metal-on-metal. This has nothing to do with the lubrication issue with most other cars of the same year and model. I have researched and found that a lot of Vues make a noise similar to the one that I am experiencing, but when the steering wheel is BEING turned. The noise in my car happens when the steering wheel is stationary, slightly counter-clockwise of center, and when I am driving at high speeds.
